I voted for Rees and withheld the rest.  We need lots of new blood.  You need to go back and read some of the fine print in information circulars.  Look at what Glenda got paid and as I recall a nice severance for driving the company into the ground with Soleus, look at what the board gets paid for a few hours a year of work, its a shame.  As someone pointed out, this is the mostly the same guys that have been around while tens of millions of dollars went up in smoke with Soleus.  Most of them have never bought one share of the company they direct.  They prefer big options and heavy fees. I wonder what the overall cost is just for the directors.
