Pursuantto the decision in the fourth quarter of 2008 to permanently shut downthe Lebel-sur-Quévillon pulp mill and sawmill of the Papers and Woodreportable segments, respectively, we have recorded anon-cash write-off of $4 million related to fixed assets at bothlocations consisting mainly of a turbine, a recovery system and sawlines. The write-off represents the difference between the estimatedliquidation or salvage value of the fixedassets and their carrying values.
