1. Quick everyone buy this is going to the moon = overvalued.
2. Sell now this is going to zero someone must know something = undervalued.
3 rinse, repeat.

I will leave it up to the individual investor which one should be bought 1 or 2.

The PM's are in a bull market and have at least a few more years to go.
