Does F.A. Already have a quiet offer?

How much behind the scenes activity has there been? How many besides BHP are privy to the drilling activity and daily conversation and comment of Allana's crew in Ethiopia? With the public release of the 43-101 will we see an offer on the table with management's endorsement?

Regardless of how things play out I wouldn't be the least surprised to see the first shipload of Potash leave Ethiopia in 2013.
