Daniel Wolf's emails

Daniel Wolf's emailsIs it illegal to misrepresent to shareholders by sending them emails saying" I will make you a BILLIONAIRE"? Well guess what board, Daniel Wolf did excatly that by  sending emails to shareholders saying this statement. I wonder what the SEC and Canadian Securities will do when they read them. Sounds like jail to me for Wolf. Would that be extortion or bribery?
