RE: RE: RE: Has Apple settled with WIN yet?cabbie, do you not take it as any equipment the OEM's produce using the "CSR chip" will not be taken to court as CSR is responsible & will be paying... If the OEM's are using a different chip (one that is NOT licensed) the OEM's can & will be taken to court until payments are made, by either the chip maker, or the OEM... (chip makers have been settling lately, but that may change with QCOM???) That's my take on this...
