Amerigo Resources Ltd. is a Canada-based copper producer. The Company owns a 100% interest in Minera Valle Central S.A. (MVC), a producer of copper concentrates. MVC, located in Chile, has a long-term contract with the El Teniente Division (DET) of Corporacion Nacional del Cobre de Chile (Codelco) to process fresh and historic tailings from El Teniente. The Company operates in one segment, the production of copper concentrates under a tolling agreement with DET.

RE: RE: RE: RE: Copper prices upand production up.When I talked to the rep at their booth at PDAC in Toronto this spring, said that once the new power costskick in, the will have the lowest EV / EBITDA of any miner in the marketand it should be in the 2.5 - 3.0 range. 

He said the issue with the generators was it appeared the good parts had been removed prior to shipping and it cost a lot more money and time to get these in order.  Parts which the manufacturer in Germany said never, ever break were broken and the generators were a really bad investment.

So, assuming everything continues to run well and copper prices stay high, we should be in a position to see higher (maybe much higher)  dividends over the next few years.
