What's better than 1 mine @2.5MT for 40 years?

What's better than 1 mine @2.5MT for 40 years?Seems a little slow on this board.  Thought I might try a little trivia question.  What's better than EPO having one mine that puts out 2.5 million tons per year for 40 years?  Anybody?
