why Stifel stopped buying?why now?
possibilities..
1) Stifel's client had given them $11.44 million to invest (someone mentioned it in the past few days).
2) Maybe Stifel's client was considered an "Insider" and they possibly have seen the RE.
3) CUU buyout price has been decided and Stifel was made aware of it hence restrictions on more purchases?
4) Stifel all of a sudden realized it is a mistake..but if this is the case they would sell their position instantly..and they are ranked #1 in stock picking (as someone posted the article few days back).
5) Person doing all the buying is on vacation not worrying about the SP... or he's just sick and bed ridden
