The nails are being driven into the URSA coffin. If RS and the BofD had of had a stronger hold on the company, with major institution backers, this would not be happening.
I think it is good that RS gets his sorry a.s.s booted. URSA shareholders should have taken a harder line with him when they had a chance instead of licking his butt all the time thinking what he was doing for them was OK when it was not.
Fess up boys, the party is over. You have a chance to unload at upwards to 20 cents- something RS could never get for you.
