RE: 24.5 centsOr was it ISM dumping the shares? They have the proxy vote for those shares already. Maybe they are getting out as they may be confident that they have the vote for change. Why hold something you are going to drive into the ground? On the other hand, maybe they know they can't win so they seized the moment and took a whopping profit on half their shares. Lots of snakes in the grasses lately.
