TNP valuation

Average of analyst forecast for TNP, EPS2011=0.07, EPS2012=0.126
considering an average PER=7 for companies like TNP, it should be traded next year at 0.126*7=0.88$
Considering their high growth rate we can value them at 1$
Technicaly we also have strong support at 1$. At today price we are still overvalued.
So I am buying TNP at 1$
