My initial impressions of today's ccThings I listen for in a conference call:
1) tone of voice
2) smoothness of delivery
3) immediate and confident answers to questions from analysts and shareholders
imho, I have to give SFF a failing grade for all three of these things. The SFF management team received only one question. It was asked by a representative of CIBC. I was not impressed with Stephanie's answer to this question...it was weak. btw, it was stated that the shareholder base consists of many small positions. Translation: mostly retail. glta
