RE: Silvermex being naked shorted

RE: Silvermex being naked shortedAnd of course who is to know if they are being shorted to the same extreme on the TSX or not,  as our regulators dont seem to believe we need to know that kind of data, AND so dont give any such list.
But given the problems some have had , Such as BML, perhaps SLX should look into it.
I dont know what legal recourse you have once you find it.
Anyways to prove that is also rampant here north of the border.....
Barker Minerals Ltd.'s news releases in Stockwatch on March 21, 2011, and April 18, 2011, a continuing review and analysis of trading and settlement data indicate that between Nov. 1, 2010, and April 30, 2011, approximately 4,213,406 "settlement failures" or "delayed settlements" occurred in Barker's public market. Of those 4,213,406 failed settles, as of April 30, 2011, 2,739,796 shares still remain unsettled.

For those who dont understand the " failure to deliver " language...
Those are shares that are naked shorted, these bigboys sold shares they dont have, and cant find ( or dont care to find) shares to borrow.
Regular retailers are not allowed to short stocks under 2$ for the most part.
