But a billion is - and that is the number of pre-rollback shares this deal is going to cost at the valuation stated in the press release. If we add the estimated cost of the risked reserves, add another billion shares, more or less.
TWO BILLION new shares. For what?? This is not "standard shell building". It is massive dilution of our holdings with uncertain value-added.
Do we get to vote on this deal?
