If SVM = $15 when silver is at $49,

then SVM should = $36.75 with silver at $120. Of course, the miners SHOULD increase even more than the price of silver rise in percentage terms, IN A FREE MARKET. That is, in a JPM-free market.

Just think what things would be like if it had been JPM that had been pushed into bankruptcy instead of Lehman.
