Drive for Trelawney!....

Drive for Trelawney!....
It is no secret...Trelawney has signed over ten confidentiality agreements!

The exploration success to-date at Cote Lake Deposit is pointing to a resource of about 8 million ounces!

I believe that in the very near future the "Drive for Trelawney" will be down to two potential buyers which will develop into a bidding war for this most amazing asset!

The gold distribution will result in a most desirable "strip ratio"...waste to ore of about 1.75 to 2.00!

In otherwords...they will only have to haul away two tonnes of waste for every tonne of ore.

For comparison we can take a look at Detour Gold which will turn out to be the largest operation of its kind in North America....they have a strip ratio of about 4 to 1.  The higher the strip ratio the higher the cost of mining.

Preliminary studies have indicated an operation that would support through-put of 50,000 tonnes per day resulting in annual gold production of 534,000 ounces!

The Trelawney Team will not hold onto this asset...it is just too good for them keep the prize!

We do have an Inferred NI 43-101 Resource of 4.22 million ounces...but...that is old news!

Recent drilling has extended the resource by an additional 300 metres...we are well past 5 million ounces at this point in time with further expansion drilling going on 24 hours a day!

Some may be concerned that in order for a deal to be made Trelawney would have to perform a lot more drilling and prove up Measured & Indicated Resources which will take time.  In my opinion it will never get to that point...the buyer that comes in will take over the project and "build it their way".

Projects of this kind are few and far between...size..location..geology..infrastructure..access to services and an experienced workforce...the list goes on and on!

Many deals in the very recent past have been made with the project in the resource stage...no scoping study...no pre-feasibility study...no project economic assessment....I expect the same will happen to Trelawney!

There is most defintely a Clear & Present Danger...going..going...gone!

Digger144

P.S.  Is Digger144 excited...you bet I am!
The bidding will begin at $8.00 per share!
I have been in since March 2010 and most recently made an additional significant
purchase just below $4.00 per share...added to my holdings.

Let us not forget...that on a very small scale at this early stage, they also have an
underground operation at Chester 1..it will add value.
