RE: RE: RE: Why does AE want to withhold 43-101

RE: RE: RE: Why does AE want to withhold 43-101In the past, when Quinton used to take and respond to emails, I emailed him my concerns over the apparent s.p. manipulation and woeful company efforts to reverse it. I sent at least 2 emails. Both times he replied that he just concentrates on what he does best, drilling, and can't concern himself with the share price. When I wrote to him last year, around April or May I believe, to state what a disappointment the EVG s.p. was, despite his efforts, he replkied that EVG had some great things planned and expected a s.p. double("or more"). ...the s.p. at the time was .75 or so..So, I personally don't think that the company cares too much about the s.p. or how their inaction affects the shareholders. Just look at their YR/PR "machine"...One of the few companies I've seen that feels that way towards their shareholders. The way they are handling their business now doesn't change my opinion. They'll just carry on and whatever happens to the s.p. happens...The deal n.r. should come out tomorrow but I don't think EVG has ever responded to timely deadlines. Just look how long their assays take to get out...So, I will just vent and sit & wait and hope they had an epiphany these last few months. Amen and pass the ketchup.
