The idea is to offer a pp at whatever the Offerors (the co.) see fit  as needed in conjunction with the price set by  current market interest.The idea was to discuss amongst investors here the idea of a pp at 8  or ? for example and get the needed funds, instead of investors whining now about the low share price and dilution. Stick to the subject and keep your recreational activities to yourself.
