RIM Products and Share Price

HI all

RIM has decent products, but a complete lack of proper marketing and innovation will be the demise of this company. You can't sit around and wait to see what APPLE does and then respond. I think the share pirce will soon be like Noikia and will drop much further, however unlike Noikia, someone big like Microsoft, or Cisco will make a hostile bid at aroun $12.00 per share. Has Muddy Waters release anything on this?

Any thoughts, thanks and I appreciate all your opinions and humour.
