They make some very good points about how the best time to buy is when everybody is discouraged and nobody wants the thing. Go back and read the posts on this board and anybody reading would be able to come to the conclusion that we are very close, if not already at that point. I am not saying this can't fall a little further but the upside potential from here looks greater than the downside risk
