You gotta luv RSHe is full of negatives about the new BofD...when they take over.
But he never says anything bad about himself.
Like the expensive URSA share buybacks when that cash would have been better advancing URSA projects.
the 3 million dollar rights offering he bought of Patricia Mines...which was sold at a loss on a deal he brokered...along with all the shares of Patricia he bought with URSA shareholders money for investment purposes.
The huge dilution of URSA shareholders when he bought out 5 Patricia shareholders with a share exchange....URSA shares for Patricia shares at a huge premium...which we ate as well. I thinkw we took a 20% dilution on that one.
The lack of real investment houses buying and holding huge blocks of shares...although mineral Fields was a huge supporter but I imagine they've taken a hike. Don't hear talk of them anymore. There has never been a signinifcant interest from real investors for RS and this short life, low grade, expensive ore mine. The smart money (and the insiders it seems) don't own a lot of shares.
Kores was supposed to make URSA a mining company that was going to go some place...nothing in the way of help from them.
There was a deal with North American Paladium with the Shakespear mine...but it fell apart early on...that was a sign that this was not going to be a winner of a mine.
RS and the BofD own very few shares....so what is new? Is there really an intent to create shareholder value when they own so few share???
And always pumping the mill...which will never likely happen...but puts a nice spin on things.
And the low grade, soon to be expensive ore to mine.
Yup..., Miller and RS deserve each other..and URSA shareholders deserve whatever is coming down the pipe as a reward for their complacency.
