concessions

concessionsThis could mean Ecuador is opening up its doors. It would help if MRNNR announced the concession info. on its own site and made it more user friendly (English, at least for the critical material) and practical (by doing a better job at separating the oil vs mining information) and tone down the renegotiation propaganda.

Today's article in Mining Weekly:

https://www.miningweekly.com/article/ecuador-eager-for-south-african-mining-investment-2011-06-20

"The concessions on offer are advertised in the national and international media and all foreign embassies in Ecuador are informed. The opening of the next round of bidding, for concessions in 28 areas of the country, will be announced in the next few weeks."
