To the HRG Minority, (And Funds which own HRG)

I’ve had this discussion with some of you in the more recent past, but let me see if any of you are interested in trying to formalize this.

As you know, Severstal would like to purchase more shares.  To do so means that they do what they have likely done before, which is to buy underhandedly and illegally by having someone else but for them while they withhold market making news, and then buy from them cheap after they release the news and keep a lid on the stock.

This creeping takeover is illegal.

We need to formalize a defense by making an offense.

FORMALIZE A MINORITY CORPORATION

GOAL: HRG MINORITY INC.
I wish to formalize a company called HRG Minority Inc.  It will hold only shares in HRG stock.  Your stock.  Your percentage of HRG Minority Inc. will be the percentage of the shares HRG Minority Inc holds, and the value of HRG Minority Inc will likely be HIGHER than your holdings in HRG because it becomes the lynch pin for Severstal.

It will have greater power and can extract all the power and forces of the minority to hold back getting the “shaft” from Severstal.
