RE: HRG Minority Corporation

RE: HRG Minority CorporationI did not say this in that email, but this HRG Minority Inc company must have 10% of HRG to have any weight, so we need pledges from FUNDS and others to get to this percentage, and then we pull the trigger and formalize it.  The shareholder agreement for the company will not allow the company to pledge your shares or take on debt.
Furthermore, we may only need your voting Proxy, and not the shares.  But if we formalize the 10%, then we also formalize Funds and others but Minority Shares privately, and not through the market, so he can NEVER get 10%.
Make sense?
