Yup this is great news!!
Unfortunately in a skittish market.

But these guys are going through all the proper procedures ..and that takes time.

The trend of the NRs has been all positive. Slowly but surely this project is moving in a very positive direction and those who are here to see it to fruition will be well rewarded and wishing they had added to their position at these levels.
