RE: SP tomorrowPrested, I don't think the current board can lose in this proxy vote given the support that came in.
Given a win, the SP will firm up and the focus will be on the business of mining, and exploration for new properties. The wild card on the SP will be how the dissident's shares are handled. I hope RS is prepared for any outcome there.
With a win, I believe current management will need to find an ingenious way to get a mill on-site to save on shipping costs. (Good thing they don't use Canada Post to ship the ore <smile>.)
If current management were to lose, I believe the SP would tank (as you alluded) as investors flee given the specter of the association with ISM and its SP performance.
