Indebtednes!!

Indebtednes!!As at March 31, 2011, the Company has bank indebtedness of $580,386 (2010 -
$1,694,704), accounts payable and accrued liabilities and current portion of long-term
debt of $13,255,112 due within 12 months (2010 - $13,616,211), cash of $Nil (2010 -
$Nil) and receivables of $3,878,274 (2010 - $6,003,440) to meet its current obligations.
As a result the Company has liquidity risk. Refer to Notes 1 for details on available debt
facilities.
