Mr. James Davis reports

DELTA ZONE RESULTS

Leeward Capital Corp. has released initial drill results from the Delta zone within its Nithi Mountain molybdenum property located near Fraser Lake in central British Columbia. The property is situated approximately eight kilometres south of the Village of Fraser Lake, which lies along a major transportation corridor consisting of highway (Hwy 16), rail, and electrical power; and is only 18 km east-southeast of the producing Endako Molybdenum Mine.

The Delta Zone is a molybdenum target area defined by coincident moly-in-soil geochemical and airborne geophysical data (gradiometer magnetic, resistivity, radiometric). It should be noted that molybdenum mineralization in these drillholes essentially begins at surface, and can be traced for a considerable distance along strike toward the west. Drilling along this trend is currently underway. If successful, this drilling could add substantially to the resource estimate for the property
