Regardless of the outcome........ the big losers today will be the small investors. If the dissident group wins, I can't see any good coming.Their plans to increase shareholder value are non-existent, which leads me to believe that they only want to rape the company financially. The inclusion of R. Millar in the dissident board just leads credence to that theory.
On the other hand, actions by management to try and secures a win have alienated a lot of existing shareholders. Many want to know why Don Ross was able to sell his shares to Wesley J Hall for .23.5 cents while other were not given the same opportunity. Ursa may have difficulty raising money to advance the Shakespeare project. As usual, the small investor will be left on the sideline wondering what hit them.
