I think Don Ross was one of the 5 Patricia shareholders that got their Pat shares exchanged for URSA shares at a hefty premium....and URSA shareholders lost a lot of money on the RS?Pat/URSA relationship drive soley by RS.
You didn't mind that deal at that time. I know when you used to have some b.a.l.l.s you wouldn't have liked it. I guess you're starting to wake up to the ways of RS and the probal reason why no real investor wants anything to do with RS....
I think the big reason RS is fighting this so hard is,like Patricia, the new RS project needs the backing of URSA to get it going. Again, Ursa will be used to further the new project...IMHO. You know, things like to office, phone, employess, cash flow, investment in shares for investment purposes...the whole shooting match while URSA has cash flow. And shareholders will end up with squat...except for the group who get looked after it seems. I guess you're not part of the group...eh?
RS loves retail lapdogs....to his detriment right now.
