RE: its only infill drilling

RE: its only infill drillingre: "its only infill drilling"

Yes it is but it is infill drilling that is expanding proposed open pit with new gold mineralization and also indicating pockets of higher grades than estimated in current resource model.  Infill drilling yielding very positive new results.  The current resource model would seem to contain some relatively conservative estimates for what is contained between existing drill holes... PDG is now discovering that what is actually there is, in some cases, better than originally estimated.

Like I also said... I am sure they will be doing some exploratory drilling as well.

Last NR:  "Drilling in the western portion ofthe proposed open-pit gold mine (Prodigy Magino PEA, March 31, 2011)has identified specific areas where the proposed open pit can beredesigned to capture additional newly identified gold mineralization.Drill hole MA11-042 cut 128 metres grading 1.37 grams per tonne gold(Section 1180SW) including 77 metres grading 1.9 g/t gold, in an areawhere the proposed open pit was designed to depths of only 150 metres. The new drilling suggests that the open pit can be deepened and enlargedto exploit additional gold mineralization. The gold grade in drillhole MA11-042 is up to 35 per cent higher than that shown in theresource model, demonstrating that infill drilling can locally increasethe grade of portions of the known mineral resource."
