Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

RE: RE: jeedoo7

RE: RE: jeedoo7Actually I do have an issue (s) to extrapolate on. The dream of moving coal from UO to the port in Russia seems illogical. No one on this board or more importantly PCY has explained how this coal will transport. The mileage needed to move the coal to this port and possibly through 3 countries i.e Mongolia, Russia, China and Russia again doesn't seem profitable.  Look at a map to see where UO is and where the port is.  Wouldn't it be easier just to transport our coal to China eastbound? As we know China is the biggest importer of coal in the area or at least close to being.

It looks at this point that waiting for the Chandgana power permit seems to be a better and more viable plan and looks to happen sooner than the offtake agreement for UO.  Chandgana could also be considered a long shot to many people.

Disclosure, I hold stocks here at a loss. The market has killed this stock like most others. Doesn't get any more speculative than this.
