handsomelyGBK will be taken out.  Read through the documents and it is CRYSTAL clear what will happen.  The only reason JJ started being difficult was to create a negative environment before the bid comes.  The Chinese do business very differently and I have seen it time and time again. 

Message to the Chinese:  NO take Goldbrook for free.  You pay, you no in China anymore.  You in Canada.  You bide by Canada law, Engrish law.
