IMHO

It is hard to build momentum when at the slight spike in price and volume insiders unload- They can just replace their stock by exercising .15 options-

I have accumulated a large position over the last 12 months in hope that these guys would take this company to where it should be but if this persits I will either exit this stock or support dissident sharlholders action.

Any other takers?
