Talked to Ken BatesHighlights of call:
1) Blue Seam: The Blue seam has the bank cut to portal and is progressing well, as I said before the permitting is an on going process, but all is well there. Blue seam is above some previously worked area, but not much, so no problems there with floor support.
2) Production, have been producing steady since December, the first coal is used to create beds for yard at Jansion yard and Corpis Christie. They are visited often by MHSR to check on safety, no problems. Have sealed off old workings
3) Rail Spur: right of way in place for first half, there is a 1 mile section that is owned by local rancher who they have deal with and also for water, which is critical he said, because water is an issue there and this is dealt with.
4) Having a meeting Monday with Sales people about Contracts, he said no shortage of customers.
5) Talked a lot about promotion and he said video is being updated because it was made before new RE43 101 was released. I suggested they might do conference calls, he liked that idea. And I suggested updating the video regularly with video of Blue Seam opening up, coal pile, interviews, he said that is a great idea because it is cheap to do. Thought these were great ideas.
6) Share price: he knows we are in summer doldrums but expects that to change soon. He is a big shareholder as well.
