May not matter what u, I or anybody else thinks.

If Baghdad politicos make it appear to general population of Iraq that Kurdistan contracts given to known bribers.

Perception is the reality. Puts into question how other PSC were obtained and that really plays into Baghdad hands and weakens Kurdistan bargaining position.

Wish it weren,t so.
