RE: RE: RE: RE: Eye Candy - Aeromagnetics

RE: RE: RE: RE: Eye Candy - Aeromagneticselie708, this thread should probably not be continued on this forum but as webgogs and now you have mentioned Romios Gold today (webgogs recommended accumulating) I crave the forum's indulgence:

elite, you said in part: "...the CEO of Romios just bought $250,000 USD worth of stock and he has been buying significantly over the past year..."

I think some clarification is needed: D'Amico, CFO, bought 10,000 on the public market on June 21 - I should correct an error I made in my earlier post today when I said the previous public market buy was in October, because he also bought 10,000 on Feb 18. D'Amico has also exercised options but I don't know if that can be described as "buying significantly". Agreed, he didn't sell on conversion.

As I mentioned previously, you have to go back to October 2010 for the next public market buy (de Quadros, director, 100,000 - quite a lot!). Also, as I mentioned earlier, lots of options and warrants being exercised in the meantime, with a few public market sells, mainly Consolidated International but also one by Skimming, director and geologist. Nothing particularly dreadful there but, as I say, not what I'd describe as "buying significantly".

When the time comes - Copper Fox buyout - I'll investigate Romios Gold more thoroughly, if it's not too late, but I wouldn't say that the level of insider buying is what would draw me in right now. Correction welcome.
