So...it looks like Hall saved the day at the last minute.  And you think that is good???? That RS had to be bailed out at the last  by a single investor?? That tthe URSA insiders couldn't carry the vote without Hall makes you feel secure???

I'm wondering how the URSA shareholder is going to pay for this one??
