SELF-INTERESTS...........

SELF-INTERESTS...........

Hello Everyone,

I am responding to Kurd30.

Are you not happy with the stock price?   You have often complained about the price being too expensive.   Is it cheap enough for you or must it go cheaper?

I am confused as to your intentions?  What do you want from LFD?   I honestly thought you would be one of the happiest people in the world on the demise of LFD.

With regards to LFD, I do not believe that the chief geologist would buy 200,000 shares at 20 cents if there was something wrong.   I honestly do not believe that Soros would have put down $ 5.7 million if he thought something was wrong.   I honestly do not believe that Ahmed would have purchase 500,000 shares at 37 cents if he thought something was wrong.   I do not believe that insiders would have purchased $ 1.5 million in LFD stock at 30 cents if they thought something was wrong.   I also do not believe that the recent buyers of $ 7 million of LFD stock at 20 cents would have bought the stock if they thought something was wrong.

The only thing that is WRONG with this stock is the continued refusal to drill Chia property quickly.

There must be a valid reason why this is not being done asap and, why Soros and other insiders are not complaining.

I don't find it ethical but I am of the opinion that management wants to merge VST and LFD very soon.   Management knows that LFD has oil.   The question is:   Does VST have oil.

If VST confirms oil, then a merger makes sense.   It would be less costly, it would benefit shareholders since they get two producing properties instead of one, it would be more efficient to raise money since stock price of merger would be much much higher.

It is blatantly obvious that this is what is occurring and, nothing else.

Question is:  When is VST coming out with those drill results?   That will put LFD in motion.

For now, I would suggest that people accumulate as much as they could since VST news could be imminent and, this will trigger huge rally on LFD.
