This may well be pre-selling by principals of the now being acquired company - RB2 Energy.

Urgent personal cash needs may have galvanized the takeover, even though $200k doesn't seem like a whole lot.

I'm less nervous about this stock than any others in my portfolio; call me crazy, but CKK has cash-flow and diversification - they will thrive going forward unless the wheels come off the world economy.
