There are lots of possible explanations and I do not think anyone here will come to know the real reasons of the selling since it is personal to each insider. I rely on the explanation of Rhump and my post the other day about the greed of managers.

Even if our company has the best technology and the most talented managers...they can still be very greedy. All I'm saying is that they have exceeded my limits of acceptable behavior... which BTW does not change the fundamental of the cpny.
