Pinetree own 8,528,000 shares and Sheldon own 1,650,000 shares for a total of 10,178,000 or about 11% (excluding warrants and options). When you look on SEDI, you should take into account only the «direct ownership» balance.

As for Hawkins...yes it's a little confusing since he did no transaction in the las 5 years. But he really owned thoses shares (16.8M) if we rely on SEDI.

BTW: Never rely on CANADIAN INSIDERS since it's full of false informations.
