Over the years we have accumulated a large database of experimental results on many different types of food and biomaterials, and we are actively working to develop partnerships for products that we know we can dry well in comparison to fre...eze drying, air drying or spray drying. At the IFT show this year, a number of exciting companies came to our booth with ideas for employing REV drying technology for applications that we had not considered before, but that are potentially significant market opportunities for EnWave. These companies came to us looking for a solution to a drying problem that they cannot address with existing technology – for either economic or technological reasons – and so we consider them “unique and interesting new opportunities”.
