To make thecoal mines work, NAG has to draft a detailed mining plan by someone who isreally experienced at bringing coal mines into production, raise money accordingly to buywhat is necessary to start the mines, and subsequently start mining aggressively.     
From what’shappening in the past, it seems that our CEO does not have a clear goal. Each time,just doing a little pp for general corporation cost, and hoping the contractorswill do the job for him. This is never going to work.
But how can apart-time CEO, yet with full-time employee payment and benefit, make all that good happen?
