RE: RE: I have phoned and here is an emailI talked to Bates recently. He was friendly, but I did not get much information beyond all is fine.  I also talked to Jennifer once before that. Similar feedback.

If all is fine, then they should state so with some detail. The stock price is being killed needlessly.
