The RAM Property is roughly 29 km southwest of Port-Cartier, Quebec. It also owns a 100% undivided interest in the Saint Gabriel Project, which consists of Silica-based claims in the Bas-Saint-Laurent Region, Quebec, Canada. It also has a 100% interest in the Trout Lake Silica Claims, covering over 53 mineral claims in Ontario.

SACRE-COEUR MINERALS CLARIFIES PR ISSUED JUNE 27THREGARDING NEW ALLUVIAL AREA

 

Sacre-Coeur Minerals Ltd. has retracted the datapresented in the press release issued on June 27, 2011. Notwithstanding thedetailed discussion of methodology qualifying the data presented andnotwithstanding the disclosure that the data presented was not a resource underNational Instrument 43-101, the company has been advised by IIROC that it isnot permissible under NI 43-101 to present grade and quantity information even soqualified, unless in the context of a resource estimate. The data presented inthe press release issued on June 27, 2011, is hereby retracted and replacedwith the following data.

Though the testing program presented herein was directlyoverseen by Henry Salvado, exploration manager for the company, who is aqualified person under NI 43-101, assisted by other senior geologic staff, andthe results compiled therefrom are believed to be a reasonable assessment ofthe in situ grade of gravity-recoverable gold mineralization, no attempt toqualify this data as a resource under NI 43-101 has been made. The resultspresented herein are therefore not represented to be resources under NI 43-101and must be considered conceptual in nature. The company also wishes to makeclear that though it intends to test mine the deposit at bulk scale asdescribed in the press release R of June 27, no NI 43-101-compliant feasibilitystudy has been undertaken.

 

Technical staff

 

The company's exploration program is overseen by Mr.Salvado, registered geologist and exploration manager for the company, underthe overall supervision of Gregory B. Sparks, PEng, president and chiefexecutive officer. Mr. Salvado is assisted by Bjorn Jeune, senior project geologist,and Wilmar Ladia, senior project geologist. Carl Brink, manager, alluvialoperations, collaborates with the exploration department with regard to allalluvial sampling and analytical programs.. Ardito Martohardjono, a director ofthe company and a laboratory specialist, provides assistance with labprotocols, sample handling procedures and assay quality control. Theundersigned and Mr. Salvado are qualified persons under NI 43-101.
