Email blast from TD

Email blast from TDI am, and will continue to be a buyer anytime this is sub $2.00 this summer.  Great cash position and still the leader in the space, so I think we've just experienced a few hiccups along the way due to chunky quarters.

I'll suggest a $25M quarter with low net profit this Q release.

From TD yesterday:
----
Sandvine Corp.  is lagging its peer group due to limited profitability, and a recent selloff provides a potential entry point into the stock,National Bank Financial analyst Kris Thompson said.

The telecomsoftware maker is gaining traction as well as market share and willbenefit from investor interest in the sector, Mr. Thompson wrote.

Upside:"We like the risk here now," he said. Mr. Thompson expects thatSandvine can take advantage of a positive environment to bring aboutprofitable revenue growth. He rates the stock "outperform" and has a$2.50 price target.
