Need your help NOW I emailed Konstantin on more than one occasion asking him if there would be a conference call capability for the AGM. After repeated said attempts to contact him, he did in fact reply. Here is his reply to my question concerning the conference call.
“We believe a conference call is not appropriate since it doesn’t permit full participation because it is only audio, and unfortunately, given timing, technical and logistical constraints, it is not possible to arrange for a webcast.
Best regards,
Konstantin Sobolevskiy
CEO
High River Gold Mines Ltd.
Today, I called and spoke with the solicitor involved with the AGM, and also spoke with some of his staff. The solicitor confirmed that their firm was handling HRG affairs in the Yukon. I put the following questions to his staff.
1)Does the firm have the capability to host a conference call? Answer Yes
2)Have they hosted conference calls from their offices before? Answer Yes
3)Are there any know limitations? Answer Video NO, Audio YES.
4)How many participants are they expecting for the AGM? Answer 3
5)How large is the room to hold the AGM? Answer accommodate up to 6 or 8.
So based on my fact finding I can emphatically state that there are no “timing”, ‘logistical”, or “technical” reasons why a conference call cannot take place. I even sent him a list of internet based companies who host such meetings on an immediate basis. All you need is a phone. He has yet to reply.
I do ask interested shareholders and investors to email Konstantin and ask him to reconsider, please do it now, and please ask for a reply. My concern is, he could always say “just one person asked for this”. So please don’t let just a couple of folks do all the heavy lifting, get active, get vocal, do something. Otherwise silence is acceptance.
info@hrg.ca is the address. Please email him and ask him ensure a conference call capability. Nordgold does it, Severstal does it. Why not HRG? Are WE not important? I own more of the company than all of the BOD members put together. Otherwise you get what you deserve.
