Proposed JV with CKR

Proposed JV with CKRI have to ask the those posting on this site whom obviously are better informed than myself.  Is there any hope in this proposed JV with CKR.  My thinking is that  management may be bad but  the " Bonaparte Mine" may yet prove to be a
worthy asset. Perhaps CKR can pump some new life into this zombie stock.!! ??/. How say you all??? Happy Investing!
